WEAVER, 76, formerly of Smith Lane, Londonderry, died 7:45 p.m. Monday, October 27, 1997, in Westmoreland Place, following an extended illness. She was born November 29, 1921, in Lawrence County, KY to the late Arthur and Sarah (Newsome) Savage, Sr. She was predeceased by her husband Emiel “Dick” Weaver, December 4, 1982. Surviving are son and daughter-in-law, Bart & Renee Bowling of Kentucky; six grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; sister, Nina Brown, of Circleville (Ohio) and Ruth Adkins, of Indiana; and sever nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Sondra Ann Weaver; a sister, and five brothers. She was on of Jehova’s Witnesses. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Friday in Londonderry Cemetery, with Paul Wachovec, Minister of Jehova Witnesses. Arrangements are by the Ware Funeral Home.
