Thanks!! “OBITS. BIG SANDY NEWS, Louisa, KY. Wednesday, May 12, 1999. ALTA LOUISE CONLEY 1931-1999. Alta Louise Conley, 68, of Columbus, Ohio, died Thursday, May 6, in Columbus Community Hospital. Mrs. Conley was born January 27, 1931, in Louisa, a daughter of the late Sheridan and Mary Jane Wilson Cyrus. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Curtis R. Conley; and two brothers, Gene Cyrus and Ted Cyrus. She was retired from IRD Mechanalysis of Columbus. Survivors include one son, James C. Conley of Columbus; two daughters, Marsha Kessler and Debra A. Conley, both of Columbus; two brothers, Jimmy Cyrus and Lindsey Cyrus, both of Columbus; two sisters, Ruby Bunn of Columbus and Ruth Maynard of Louisa; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted by Reverend Lee Tabor Monday, May 10, at Wilson Funeral Home. Burial was in Cyrus Cemetery, Louisa.
