My Grandfathers brother John M. JOHNSON MD, was a Physician in Martin Co KY and md a Cora ........???STAFFORD ??. and lived in Mingo Co WV until his death ca 1905/7 and is buried inthe JOHNSON Family Cemetery at Prichard Wayne C WV. I think he went to medical school at Cincinatti Eclect College ca 1885. I notice that he was teaching before that in Lawrence Co KY at Buchanon. I can find exact dates and references if needed. John and Cora are mentioned in my GGmother's will of 1909. Cora is mention as receiveing a share ofher small wealth. (Elizabeth IRONS b 1830 d 1909) Sharing the JOHNSON knowledge in Wayne Co WV. Also note there is a slight error in my submission to the History of Lawrence Co KY of 1991. Only the desciption of their arrival to the area.
