THE LYNCH FAMILY PART II William Lynch, born in 1856, was married to a woman named Lizzie, who was born in 1864. They had one child, Fred D. Lynch, born in 1883. Also living in their household was Minnie B., a daughter in law; Otto Lynch, a grandson born in 1905; Lorna, born in 1910, Walter Rowe, their nephew, son of Lulu Lynch and Gus Rowe. These people lived at Saltpeter, W. Va. Sarah Ann Lynch, the daughter of Fenner and Elizabeth Lynch, married William Squirrely Bill Ratliff. Their children were Walter, born in 1897, Jesse, born in 1901, Elizabeth and Meldie. These people lived on Route 37 at Sulphur Springs, W. Va., in back of Johnny Crabtrees Pit Stop. Bracie Dean Ratliff said, I knew Meldie Ratliff when I was a small child. I played with her a lot. We were very good friends. Her family lived near my family on then Rt. 37, now Rt. 52. Meldie and Bracie are both deceased. Charlie Lynch, the son of Burl Lynch, was born in 1884. He married Vinnie Bartram, who was born in 1886. Their children were: 1. Lucy, born in 1910, who married Thurl Spears. 2. Lois, date of birth unknown. 3. Madge, date of birth unknown. This family moved to Mansfield, Ohio in the 1940s. Beverly L.
