Hi: I'am new to this, but how do you recive the Wayne Country Genealogical and Historicial Society Newsletter/Quarterly or the WV Heritage Encyclopedia. My Grandfather was Richard Allen Billups b. 1883 from Wayne Country, and was maried to Lillian Virgina Billups b. 1892 from missiouri. They also were 2nd or 3rd cousin. They also lived in Kanasa were ther two Children were born and also lived in Calif before moving to Washington State. I heard about a Billups book, when was it published, and is it available.
