Carl is the son of James Frances Goddard/Etta Mae Lemasters. Carl was born 11/1917 and die 9/1966. He married Helen Fitzsimmons. Nothing is known of Helen except that after Carl's death she remarried. They had two children: Carl Fredrick Goddard lives in Weirton and Norma Jean Goddard (M Mr. Higgenbottom and lives in Florida).
