You can purchase the 1900 Upshur Co., WV. census, go back to the Upshur Co., GenWeb page I maintain at: http://www.rootsweb.com/~wvupshur/ and go to the list of books or the Upshur Co Historical Society link, there you will find the information you need to order it.
