Hi All. I am searching for information on my Mother EDITH CATHERYN HOWELL. She was Born September 05 1891. Her Mother was SALLY HOWELL. Father unknown. She was married two times in Randolph Co. west Virginia. But their no birth record in Randolph Co for her. I don't know witch County she was born in. I do know that she met my father in Cowen West Virgina. in 1919. Her parents is a real brick wall for me. I need help. please Jim. James L.
