As you enter the front of the Upshur courthouse, the County Clerk's office is on the left. Go in door, then thru the swinging gate on right, turn left and you will see the vault on the right where all the records are kept of land, birth, death, etc. The Circuit Clerk's office is on the right of the front door of the courthouse just past the stairs. You can't miss them and the doors are labeled. Have fun. Jean
