The ones I am looking for are Nancy Davis b. 1826 m. Wm. Taylor 1843; and Elizabeth Davis b. 1853 (widow of John Manley) m. James Leigh 1877. Looks like you have a similar problem with your Tasa Ann Benett. I don't have anything on the children of my Bennett men who would have been of an age to be her father (I am descended from their sister). Their names were Eli, Jacob and Waldo, and their ancestors seem to have come from Ireland. Everybody must have an ancestor or two named William Davis! Mine is William T., but he was born later than your T. William. Guess we'll just have to keep hunting. Kiddy
