Kiddy, I am curious if your Sementha Phillips is related to my Phillips. I have Richard Phillips, b. 1802, Franklin Co., MA, married to Eliza Perry....they moved to W.V. and had a family there. Richard is the son of David Phillips and Anna Goodwin (they also died in WV). I am thinking maybe your Sementha is a sister of my Richard.
