The surnames I am researching in Tyler Co. are: Baker, Bishop, Fox, Jackson, Mercer, Reynolds and Yost Samuel Baker m. Ella Bishop, they had at least two children Margaret b. March 27 1873 and William Baker b. unknown. Samuel Baker m. Ellen (Ella?) Bishop in 1870 in Monroe Co. Ohio. Ellen seems to have two children Nathan Bishop age 11 and John Henry Bishop age 4. Apparently Ellen\Ella died sometime after 1873 and before 1876 as the 1880 census lists Samuel married to Mary and John Henry Bishop is living with them listed as a nephew. Samuel and Mary Baker (who is Mary Baker, was she previously married to a Baker?) were married 1876 in Tyler Co. W.VA. Margaret Baker m. Joseph Fox son of Wm. Lemuel and Anne Mariah Jackson Fox.
