    3. Grace, I don't know the boundaries all that well, but at one time Tyler was a good sized County. Parts of Wetzel and Pleasant Co have were at one time in Tyler. I "think" the my ancestors location may have been in what is now Wetzel but was then Tyler. Lots of overlap, so records could be in the different counties. Anyway, we are glad to have you on the list. Hope you find something you can use. I found a Thomas Baylis as executor with George Blane in the Will of Joel Patterson. Feb. 20 1816 in Ohio County. Source:"Early West Virginia Wills, Vol. I pg 26".
