Obituary courtesy of Elizabeth Mullett: Jesse Grim, died at Bearsville, Tyler Co., WV on 26 January 1924. He was 86 years old. He had lived all his life at the old home on Grim's Run where his father had located more than a century ago. He was first married to a Miss Fordyce who died, leaving two children, Dr. A. S. Grim of St. Marys, WV and Mrs. Elizabeth Darnell of McKim. Later Mr. Grim married Phoebe Hamilton McCullough who with the following children survive: Mrs. George P. Myers of Alma, WV; Mrs. C. M. Swan of Middlebourne, WV; Mrs. Celia McDougal at home; John of Grim's Run and Alfred L. of Sugar Creek. Mr. Grim was a member of the United Brethren Church at Bearsville.
