I found a Benny L. Maddy dob 10 Dec 1921 in Hinton, Summers Co., WV in the Pedigree file of the LDS church website. It states he married Mary Elizabeth Lilly abt 1965. Can anyone verify this for me or know some one who can? I show a Benny Lewis Maddy s/o Frank Maddy, jr, who was born 22 Apr 1927. I got this info from the Find A Grave site. There is a Benny Lewis Maddy Apr 22, 1927 - Mar 10, 1991 Greenbrier Cemetery in Summers Co Cemetery book. Family article In History of Summers Co 1984 on him states that he married Mary Eliz Lilly 13 Feb 1951. Members First Bapt Ch in Hinton. Sgt in Army (1950-52) Elected Constable of Summers Co in 1960 and in 1984 was employed by C&O RR as engineer. Article covers parents as well as brother & Sister. I failed to mention that the article was by Benny's father so he should know the correct date of birth and by the way, his mother was the daughter of General Wirt Lester. It is not unusual to find errors in Latter Day. I find they can provide good leadfs but will let you submit anything.
