Richard, Monroe county's seat is at Union, Greenbrier Co. at Lewisburg. Summers Co. was formed from Greenbrier, Monroe, Fayette and Mercer counties. Glenn, Summers county has been in Virginia now its in West Virginia, has been Greenbrier county Monroe County and now Summers County, so if it's before 1873, I was told in the court house in Hinton, I would have to go to Monroe County to look up records, That's at Lewisburg West Virginia, other wise anything after 1873 it would be in Hinton, My line of Graham's left their in 1836 and Hinton wasn't their at that time, so it depends on what time frame you are looking at to answer your question,,,,,,,, Richard Graham
