HINTON IS (or was) A RAILROAD TOWN> There is a RR Museum in Hinton, maybe they have a list of deaths. I will try to find the link and send it to you. I checked the Monroe Cemetery book as well. PERHAPS he was injured and died being transported back to Va. They would not have recorded it as a death in Hinton but some where along the way.
