I checked the book "Lilly Family History 1566-1997" and it does not show a son born to Robert Lilly and Mary Cadle in 1822. It states: "Robert "Randel Bob" Lilly, aka "Squire Bob," b. 1795, m. Mary Cadle, per Giles County Bond dated 2/15/1822, She b.1806, dau. of Thomas Cadle." The first child listed is Reverend David Lilly, b.4/14/1823; the second child listed is Julia A. Lilly, b.2/14/1827; Jonathan "Captain" Lilly, b.1829; Robert Cyrus "Miller Bob" Lilly, b.2/27/1830; Rebecca C. "Aunt Becca" Lilly, b.1834; Sarah H. Lilly, b.1836; John Alfred Lilly, b.5/23/1838; Thomas "Squire Tom" or "Stingy Tom" Lilly, b.4/27/1840; Josephus Lilly, b.843; Samuel D. "Devil Sam" Lilly, b.4/18/1847; Elizabeth Lilly; Jane Lilly.
