    3. Hi List Members: Anyone know where Vale, WV, is/was located??? Death Certificates of NORBAN E. DUNCAN and his wife ELIZABETH ANN NEDRICK state they are buried at the Franks Cemetery, Vale, WV. They lived at Lawn, WV and Nickell Funeral Home, Rainelle handled arrangements. I am unable to locate Vale on current maps or by a Yahoo search. Appreciate any help on this one.
