Given that I have a g-g-uncle that apparently died in the Hinton area around 1900 (Andrew Jackson Reed ~1868 - 1900), and the fact that no cemeteries in Summers Co. (that we know of) show any trace of him, I was just wondering what funeral homes were in existence in 1900 in the Hinton or Summers Co area. Does anyone know what funeral home served the area at this time? Is it possible that there may be records records from such an operation that survive to this day? Just wondering.
