Peter Lashley Thomas Birch(Burch) died in Ritchie Co. W.VA on 18 Aug. 1875. Does anyone know where a death certificate can be obtained? His wife at the time of his death was Matilda Ann Stewart/Burch (d/o Daniel & Rachel Stewart. His will was made 13 July 1875 (at his home because at the time he was too sick to travel to the courthouse) everything was left to Matilda Ann Stewart/Burch & their large family of 8 or 9 children!
