Can anyone help me on the Dulaney surname of Richie County. I have only two names, Orval and Edward or Evard or similar name spelling who died in 1922. Orval was born in Richie but died in Wood County in the 1980's. Any help on the Dulaney name appreciated. Thanks for the help. Harley Dakin
