She was born in Fairmont, WV, a daughter of Jean STANLEY STOUT of Harrisville, WV, and the late Samuel E. STOUT. She attended Marshall University and West Virginia University. She was a homemaker and a part-time employee of Old Hardware Gallery. She was a former member of the Junior League of Charleston, WV, PEO and Edgewood Presbyterian Church. Surviving in addition to her mother, are her husband, John B. ARBUCKLE, Jr.; a daughter, Amy McCONNELL of Atlanta, GA; three sons, David McCONNELL of Harrisville, John McCONNELL and Paul McCONNELL, both of Charleston, WV; and a brother, Samuel E. STOUT II, of Vienna, WV. Services will be held Thursday, Sept. 22nd, 1:00 p.m., at Clifton Presbyterian Church, Maxwelton, WV, with the Revs. Arvie Maynard, Emory Hingst and Bill Withers officiating. Burial will follow in Rosewood Cemetery, Lewisburg. Memorials are preferred to the North House, P.O. Box 884, Lewisburg, WV 24901. (submitter not related)
