TAGGART, 82, of Butler St., Parkersburg, WV, died Friday, 29 July 1994, at Worthington Manor Care Center, Parkersburg. She was born in Ellenboro, WV, a daughter of the late Leamon C. and Della T. WILSON RICHARDS. She was a former employee at Yonkers Manufacturing and a member of the Rosemar United Methodist Church. Surviving are her husband, Harold F. TAGGART; a daughter, Donna G. BURMEISTER of Wilmington, DE; a stepson, H. Kenneth TAGGART of Little Hocking, OH; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were a brother and three sisters. Services were held at Kimes Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Evangelist Charlene Spaur officiating. Burial was in Sunset Memory Gardens, Parkersburg. (submitter not related)
