Name at birth supposedly was Charles Edward Snyder(it's the only thing birth mom's side agrees on). One of the birth mothers sister's says he was adopted by a family from Washington,PA. possible last name of adopted family is Kerns. Both birth parents have passed away,but he has MANY siblings who would love to meet him,especially Our fathers side,have located his/our sisters 5 yrs.ago as far as I know He is the last one to be found. any help would be greatly appreciated.
