Surnames: Replogle, Hostetter, Glover Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/QEC.2ACE/651.1.1.2 Message Board Post: I have been researching Alexander Glover b. 1801 in Rockbridge VA who married Elizabeth Hostetter b. 1814 in Rockbridge VA who is daughter of John Randolph Hostetter, Sr. and Elizabeth Replogle. They married in 1833 in Rockbridge and moved to Ritchie County (W)Va abt 1836. Alexander Glover, my gg-grandfather is a brick wall (for me and many others). I have not been able to determine his ancestry. I am wondering if you have possibly come across any leads on him during your research of the Hostetter/Replogle families.
