LAYFIELD, 80, of Cairo, WV, died Sunday, 4 September 1994, at her home. She was born in Ritchie County, WV, a daughter of the late Robert H. WEBB and Nora E. HENDRICKSON. She retired from the Ritchie County Board of Education and was a member of the Cairo Baptist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Eva Jo SIX of Cairo and Barbara GOODNIGHT of Birch River, WV; a son, Robert W. LAYFIELD of Murphytown, WV; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her husband, Wayne LAYFIELD, three brothers and a sister. Services were held at Cairo Baptist Church with the Rev. Frank Vannoy officiating. Burial followed in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Cairo. Raiguel Funeral Home, Cairo, was in charge of arrangements. (submitter not related)
