AHRENDT, 98, of Worthington Manor, Parkersburg, WV, died Tuesday 10 December 1996. She was born in Ritchie County, WV. She had been employed in the drapery department of Dils Brothers Department Store for several years. She was a member of Clara Edna Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, Vienna Rose Club, and the Win-One Sunday School class at Christ United Methodist Church, where she was a long-time member. Surviving are two daughters, Marjorie KINNAN of Largo, FL, and Marion BROOKBANK of Cincinnati, OH; a half-brother, Herman CONAWAY of Parkersburg; a stepbrother, Omar MORRIS of Prospect, OH; a granddaughter, four grandsons and several great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her husband of 75 years, Emery Kenneth AHRENDT; and a daughter, Emily WILSON. Services were held at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with the Rev. Robert Fulton officiating. Burial followed in Mount Olivet Cemetery. (submitter not related)
