She was born near Glendale, a daughter of the late Luther and Mae AYRES RINEHART. She was a homemaker and a Methodist by faith. Surviving are four sons, Brooks B. HARPER, Jr., Ray W. HARPER and Stanley L. HARPER, all of Glendale Community, and Donald G. HARPER of Parkersburg, WV; a daughter, Louella M. HANNAH of Glendale Community; a brother, Orvil J. RINEHART of RR 1, Cairo; 19 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her husband, Brooks B. HARPER, Sr., a brother, Herm V. RINEHART; two sisters, Ruby RINEHART and an infant. Services were held at Glendale United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Fran Williams officiating. Burial followed in Terry Cemetery near Glendale. McCullough-Rogers Funeral Home, Pennsboro, WV, was in charge of arrangements. (submitter not related)
