She was born in Pike, Ritchie County, WV, a daughter of the late Ephriam B. and Lavara MAXWELL MARTIN. She was a homemaker and a member of 36th Street Church of Christ, Vienna. Surviving are a daughter, Myra J. ZINN of Vienna; a granddaughter, two grandsons, and a great-granddaughter. Preceding her in death were her husband, Harry W. GARNER; two brothers, Gail K. MARTIN and Virgil MARTIN; and three sisters, Ethel YOLANEY, Grace MORGAN and Ora ROBINSON. Services were held at McCullough-Rogers Funeral Home, Pennsboro, WV, with Evangelists Tom Butterfield and Mark Mason officiating. Burial followed in Gnats Run Cemetery near Pennsboro.
