She was born in Ritchie County, WV, a daughter of the late George and Martha E. BELLVILLE GARRISON. She was a homemaker and a Baptist by faith. Surviving are a daughter, Lillian BUCKLE, of Parkersburg; a grandson, Roy W. MURRAY of Longmont, CO; and a great-granddaughter, Amanda Kate MURRAY of Arlington, VA. Preceding her in death were her husband, John W. WEST, and three sons, Harold, Everett and Omer WEST. Services were held at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with the Rev. James Galbreath officiating. Burial followed in Evergreen Cemetery. (submitter not related)
