Bertha Blanche Dye Elliott died in Clarksburg, Harrison Co. on 17 Apr 1953. Her parents were Marshall A. Dye and Anna Little Dye. You can view her death certificate with more information at http://www.wvculture.org/vrr/va_view.aspx?Id=2147029&Type=Death Bertha is buried in Greenlawn Cemetery which I would assume is in or near Clarksburg, Harrison Co. ------------------------------------------------- Larry Heffner Lewisburg, West Virginia Never be afraid to try something new. Smith was born and raised in Smithville, WV. His parents were John S. Smith and Almeda. Almeda was a Snider. After John S. Smith passed away, she married Sylvester Parker. I can't seem to find out where they are buried or anything on them except in census records. John's parents were Jacob M. Smith and he married Elizabeth E. Wiant. Have no idea where she came from or who her family was. I have Jacob and Elizabeth's death certificates, but can't find where they are buried either. Jacob passed away July 6, 1891 in Ritchie County. Elizabeth passed away Dec. 18, 1872 in Leatherbark, Ritchie County. So this is my brick wall. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
