He raised his family in Akron, OH, but kept some property near Goose Creek all of his life. I have many fond childhood memories there! Dec 21, 1720 wife-Anna Margaretha Quattlebaum This Moses and his father James were at one time Quakers from Irelaned. Moses Starr jr. Rev. b. 1756 d. July 5, 1810 wife-Elizabeth Woodward b. 1756 d. Aug 5, 1822 I think this Moses is buried in the Bridgeport cemetery or in the Old Webb Cemetery. I will list Moses jr siblings as I believe that Moses Starr sr and Margaretha removed from Cumberland Co. PA to live near one of the children. Their children seemed to move a lot, but them in Harrison,Hampshire and Ritchie Co. Most of my line moved to ohio in the early 1880 after Moses jr died in 1810 along with the Webbs and Nutters of W.V. I would love to have anything you have on STARR I will check to see if that book is still available, but I have not had much luck in getting copies of books from Historicial Socities, seems they go out of print and no longer offer them. She told me that adoption records were stored in the Circuit Clerks Office, but a court order was required to obtain these records. She was not sure that their records even went back to 1888.
