(d/o of Anthony and Harriet McDonald) married John Wymer Cooper (s/o Samuel and Elizabeth Cooper) on 22 Jun 1876 (Pendleton Co. Marriages). Samuel Cooper is a brother to Christian Cooper. John W. Cooper was born 16 Oct. 1853 and d. 31 Dec 1926 in Harman WV (Death register 4, p. 30, Randolph County). I have no marriage record for John Adam Cooper (vii in following pedigree, s/o Christian) mentioned in the pedigree but according to the Chapman Randolph County Cemetery book his birth date is 11 Jan 1869 and his death date is 31 Dec. 1903. Gettie Lee McDonald who married Asa Cooper (individual iii) is a sister to Elmira McDonald and it is a a common misconception that two McDonald sisters married two Cooper brothers.
