Looking for any information on William Randall Ramsey b. Nov 18 1835 in Nelson Co. VA. He married Susan Elizabeth Foulks in Nelson Co. before moving to Randolph Co. VA/WV bef 1860. They moved to OK sometime bet 1880 and 1900. I believe that William is a nephew of Silas Ramsey who married Winifred Coffey in Nelson Co. VA and also later moved to Randolph Co. WV.
