Martin Van Buren BONNER, b. 7 Jun 1863 in Tucker County, West Virginia, (son of William J BONNER and Mary PENNINGTON) d. 14 July 1955, occupation County Commissioner. From email of John Carr Meyers: I haven't really researched this area, so I can't comment, but it looks accurate as to what I have seen previously. If indeed this is the same Martin V. Bonner that is my "uncle" (not really, he was just living with my great aunt.) he also lived with Belle Bright, who lived on the top of Mozark Mountain, near Elk, Tucker County later in life, I think till he died. they were never married, but had a few kids. Most of them kept the last name Bright, not Bonner. This is a little secret, I think in our family. But Martin V. Bonner's middle name was Van Buren Wasn't it?
