    3. Although I will do anything I can to try to help list members, I must confess my greatest weakness in family research in West Virginia involves Randolph County, the county where I grew up. None of my immediate family was born in Randolph. I was born in Tucker County but my research has more involved Webster, Pocahontas and Pendleton with some Braxton and Clay county folks. I will preserve your message in event I am in Elkins sometime soon and can look up the birth record at the Randolph County Courthouse. When I was a kid,, I had little interest in family research and, generally speaking, if you lived in Valley Head you knew no one in Mill Creek until you went to high school there. -- dhamrick4@neo.rr.com Dan Hamrick 402 23rd Street NW Canton OH 44709-3818 Telephone: 330-454-2376 > dan > my mother was born in mill creek in 1908. her father was claude leo davis > and her mother was sarah catherine kennedy. i have no information about > them. they were my grandparents. any info would be appreciated. > thanks > > > ==== WVRANDOL Mailing List ==== > Check out the Randolph County USGW site at: > http://www.rootsweb.com/~wvrandol/ > > > ============================== > To join Ancestry.com and access our 1.2 billion online genealogy records, go > to: > http://www.ancestry.com/rd/redir.asp?targetid=571&sourceid=1237 >
