    3. Jean I got your letter and think this would be worthwhile if it is properly set up. I donated before to what was supposed to be a one time cleanup heavy expense with someone to mow every 3 weeks during mowing season. I go over a year and a half later, and it is all grown up again. I visited the cemetery a few times in my younger days (could not go now due to mobility limitations) and it was almost always grown up. It would be nice if you could get the Allegheny Regional History Society or other group to take over the project of perpetual maintenance once you have the funding. When things settle down and I get home and able, I will send a donation. My mother went in hospital January 24 and died March 8. I stayed with her the whole time. I am in Charleston now working on clearing out things from the house. I have to go home by April 8 to have cataract surgery and have been told for about six weeks to plan on having messed up vision. He is going to improve my vision so much that my current glasses prescription may even give me headaches but we have to wait to do the new glasses after surgery by about a month and it normally takes my glasses 2 weeks to come in. When I have the other eye done (probably next year) he will improve the vision in it also. My glasses have such a strong prescription and this will improve them by about half. I said I could live with that to at least have some vision without glasses - currently I cannot see things 5 feet from me without glasses. Good luck on your project. I was born near Huttonsville. My grandmother was Lucy Kittle who married Holt Swecker. Some friends , cousins and I have thought about doing a web page for AHCA and this may happen in the near future...I hope. Then we could post pictures and other things related to the cemetery. I see some very good web sites of cemetery associations. Bill Rice gave me an up dated list of burials at Arnold Hill which I hope to post soon. About 151 people. If anyone wants a copy, I have Bill's permission to send. Support the Arnold Hill Cemetery Association. Please send donations to William Rice, P.O. Box 303, Elkins, W.V., 26241. or to Jeanne Russell, 1002 Smith Ave., Lebanon, Pa., 17042. Thank you. ==== WVRANDOL Mailing List ==== Check out the Randolph County USGW site at: http://www.rootsweb.com/~wvrandol/ ============================== To join Ancestry.com and access our 1.2 billion online genealogy records, go to: http://www.ancestry.com/rd/redir.asp?targetid=571&sourceid=1237
