Hi all, I have a pretty simple question. How on earth can there be Land Grantor records for a person and piece of land and not a Land Grantee record? Wouldn't a person have had to be granted or buy the property before they could take the step of selling it. I'd really appreciate some help on this point. I have several of these situations in WV and mostly in Randolph Co. and it is driving me to drink. :-) Thanks! Cara in Az
