Powers Family by Michel O. Gould that said the same thing about his parents, Every one goes by the fact that he WILLIAM D. POWERS had also been married to HANNAH STOUT, totally leaving out JEMIMA TETER. I am no expert on the Powers family, but it seems that some settled near Romine's Mills. Were these your group? Are you having trouble coming up with what family of Teters your Teter is connected to? I might be able to help there with estimated dates and places. A couple of Teter families left Pendleton and one settled in Barbour/Upshur area and another in Harrison--my branch.
