    1. [WVRANDOL-L] Edward Pennington and Cecila Smith
    2. Seeking information on this couple. I believe this Edward Pennington is somehow connected to the Pennington Family I am researching. According to an obit I found -- Robert Pennington born 1925 to Edward Pennington and Cecila Smith in Pendleton County, WV. He has a brother Ben and sisters Marval, Wiley, Vernie and Ann. Does this look familiar to anyone? Thanks Debbie

    1. [WVRANDOL-L] Alternate research sources--WOLFORD
    2. Dawn Amos
    3. Does anyone have any suggestions for me for further pursuit of my errant WOLFORD family? Unpublished, unfilmed Church records, for example? I've tried asking via USGenweb site, through the Wolford surname list, and through this list, as well as looking through various microfilmed LDS records. I would dearly love to find a record of my gr-grandfather's birth. He was Calvin WOLFORD, born, according the family, in Oct, 1858, in Dry Fork. I realize it's possible that his birth was never recorded anywhere, but I'm hoping there are some untapped (by me) resources I could pursue. I'm even open to (gasp), writing a letter, finding an envelope and a stamp, and mailing a request! (How desperate can one get??) I'm even more curious about his father. Calvin's marriage application gives the man's name as John. John was not with the family in the 1860 census (Cadiz, Harrison Co, OH). Family lore is that John died/decamped by then. No one knows what happened to him. Would there be a source to find death records? Was there a newspaper which might have reported a sensational death between 1858 and 1860? A non-sensational death? (Not nearly as much fun!) There seem to be some real knowledgeable researchers on this list. I appreciate any help/pointers you could give me. Dawn Amos

    1. [WVRANDOL-L] Kisner/Simpson/Pennington
    2. Seeking information on Reuben Kisner (maybe Kesner) married Elizabeth Simpson. They had a son Hanson Friend Kisner who married Priscilla Pennington about 1889. Sorry I don't have much to go on. Does this look familiar to anyone? I have hit a road block with this family. Any leads or information will be appreciated. Debbie

    3. Hi cindy I would greatly appreciate it. We have a genealogy library here that have the census, but I have a 10 yr old and 3 month old and I just can't seem to find the time to go there and spend hours looking through them, if you know what I mean. ok here is what I am looking for. CHAMP - Pearl, David, Belle (any in the household) I have found them once before but at the itme was not able to copy it, I belive Mineral Co, Elk Garden or Elk District. Also the latter years maybe Tucker or Randolph Co. NAZELROD- Jonah, I am not sure where to look, myabe starting with Mineral co as I only have a name for him. SUDER - The name looks like Audrea. In 1912 they were in Thomas West Viriginia and I believe that is Tucker Co. FORZETTING- Anyone in this family not exaclty sure as to where to look for this one, I know they were in Tucker and Ranadolph counties and possibly Mineral Co. I know a Franz FORZETTING came here from Austria in 1912 to stay with his Uncle Audrea Suder. Thank you so much. The 1920 & 1930 that I have on-line aren't indexed but if we can get a foothold on where the people are, I can possibly look for them in those years. Let me know. 1. [WVRANDOL-L] Martin V. Bonner and Bell Bright
    2. Seeking information on the children of Martin V. Bonner and Bell Bright. Martin VanBuren Bonner lived with Rosa Belle Bright after the death of Eliza Jane George and fathered several children with her. She gave them all her maiden name of Bright that she took back after her divorce from her first husband Charles Mace Davis. Can anyone help me with the children of Martin V. Bonner and Bell Bright? Thanks Debbie
