In the boook Giles Co., History--Families Vol 1 there is a marriage bond as follows: Sep. 12, 1815 Bond-Parker Adkins to Resia Marrs; surety; Parker Adkins and Samuel Guynn Doesn't tell you much but it does show there was a Parker Adkins in Giles. There are more Adkins listed in the book if you have given names of Adkins and e-mail them to me I will be glad to check on them for you. Phyllis
