Hi Marcia, I have the set of books "A New River Heritage", Volumes 1-4, by William Sanders. In Volume 4, page 34, there is a listing for the Tom LILLY Cemetery, Flat Top Mountain at entrance of Winterplace Ski Resort. I'm not sure if this is a complete inventory of this cemetery, but there are *no* listings for the MEADOR surname.
