I wanted to take a minute and thank the following folks for their contributions to the Raleigh Co. GenWeb project: Lainie Hendricks, Katie Bohn, and Doris Slaughter for offering to do lookups. Thank you ladies, for being generous with your resources so that we all may benefit! Jean Monk has graciously volunteered to keep track of the obits and get them posted to the Obits Board - thanks, Jean, for giving up some of your online time to do this for us! Nyla Creed DePauk, Lainie Hendrix, Pat Solmon, Robert Legg, Melinda Roles Jacquier, Katrina Wills, Maggie Phillips, and Amber Dalakas for their contributions to the 1850 Maiden Names Project - thank you all so much for taking the time to try and help fill in the blanks! Danny Prince, Doris Slaughter, Rebecca Segura, and Mischelle Harpster for their Archives submissions - thanks for helping us build a permanent database to leave for folks that come later! Jeannie Watts for taking care of those wonderful Archives submissions, I don't know how she keeps all her counties straight :-). And Gracie Stover for the great job she's doing as listowner of the WVRALEIG list. She already knows that I think she's great, but I wanted to thank her publicly for taking on yet one more project :-). My name is on the site as coordinator, but it really is the combined efforts and submissions of others that will make the Raleigh GenWeb site a valuable research tool for genealogists.
