Hi; Welcome to our group. :) All I have on my Wards is Isaac Scarboro married Mary Ward (my direct line ancestors) in Orange Co, VA abt 1733 Mary was born 2 Jun 1754 in Orange Co. This date may not be correct though. Her parents were:John Ward and Anne Chiles John was born about 1710 and died 23 Dec 1782 in Bedford Co, VA I don't know if the Raleigh Co Wards are connected to Mary ward my ancestor or not. and would be very interested if we find out they were connected....
