There is a map at <http://www.nps.gov/neri/graphics/neri_hist_townmap.gif> that shows the location of the town of Fire Creek, between Beury and Sewell, in Fayette County. This map shows the location of historic towns and coal camps. The Standard Fire Creek Coal Company was located in Beelick Knob, Fayette County, WV. My grandparents bought the old company boarding house and lived in it until their deaths. It was recently sold outside of the FORREN family last year.
