I always find it interesting to look at the detailed topo maps at topozone.com for cemeteries... Often they have cemeteries marked that are hard to find/not used anymore, overgrown, etc. Just a thought. I agree. I have a National Geographic Topo program that lists these as well. I also like to get a feel for the land that our ancestors lived on. Topozone alerted me to a cemetery for Allens in Lawrence County, Ohio that could help my searches.
