I am a descendant of William Allen from Carroll/Grayson County, VA. BUT, I also may have another Allen line that is a brick wall for me at this time. My direct line is Lewis Stover and Nancy Scott. On Nancy's death record, Lewis lists her father as 'unknown' and her mother as Elizabeth Allen. I am wondering if my Elizabeth Allen could be connected to Ruth Allen. That is why I am interested in the Thomas Grayley and Ruth Allen family. And yes, I did miss that site.
