The Charleston Daily Mail Charleston, West Virginia March 12, 1934 Hulett Eldridge Smith, 71 years old, native of Raleigh County, and a brother of Congressman Joe L. Smith, dead at his home in Mansfield, Mo., was learned Saturday. He is survived by his widow and five children.
