Robersens. so, that James was the s/o Robert and Keziah Scarboro Wriston. Again from Raleigh County Marraiges: 9 Oct 1865 - Jacob Wriston, 24, born Raleigh, s/o Zachariah and Naomi and Rebecca Wriston, 19 born Raleigh, dtr of John and Nancy. Md by Andrew Workman. The problem with this is his being named Jacob on the marraige record. NOT James, but I beleive it is James and either an error on the transcribed version, OR possibly Jacob was his middle name.
